It was very well written. The story as well as the book is both inspiring and informational.. We have found that spiral learning doesn't work well for us because the child doesn't get to a point of confidence before moving on to a new concept then requiring assistance doing the future problems with it never completely sinking in. There is reprogramming involved, a topic that I find really interesting in that there seems to be endless things to learn about it, and the book is formatted in such a way as it is a practical guide for the reader to start implementing strategies TODAY. While it does cover just about every competency area for the test (albeit briefly), I constantly found errors (both grammatical and mathematical) while going through the book and its practice problems. I think chapter books are to long but this one was ok. By utilizing the principles found in this book, one can become a more effective coach and better partner with his/her employees.
